We try to fulfill all orders within 24-48 hours of when the order is placed during the week. Weekend orders will be fulfilled on the next business day. During busier times such as holidays and new releases, please allow an extra business day or 2 for your order to ship!
Please note UPS is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not satisfied, please contact us at customerservicegroup@secretcharm.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your name, order #, the item you’d like to return or exchange and the reason.
Some things to know:
- We will issue a return for an item within 14 days of receipt.
- Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
- All items must be in their original states - unworn, unaltered and unwashed. All tags should be attached.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
